Emami Limited | Strategic investment in Axiom Ayurveda Private Limited<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Khaitan & Co represented Emami Limited in its strategic investment in Axiom Ayurveda Private Limited and its associate companies (Axiom) for an equity stake of 26% through secondary purchase from the promoter and subscription to equity shares. Through this strategic investment, Emami announced its foray into juice category. Axiom markets beverage products under the brand name “AloFrut”.<\/p>\n

The core team consisted of Kumar Surbhi Kejriwal (Partner), Kartikeya Prakash (Partner), Vedika Bhandari (Senior Associate), Dipshikha Dhar (Associate), Nikhil Singh (Associate) with assistance from Aman Dwivedi (Principal Associate) on certain aspects of the transaction and assistance on Banking and Finance from: Siddharth Srivastava (Partner), Henna Vadhera (Principal Associate), Yash Patel (Associate)<\/p>\n
