Saregama India Ltd | Acquisition of majority stake in Pocket Aces Pictures<\/p>\n

Advised Saregama India Ltd in relation to acquisition of controlling stake in Pocket Aces Pictures Private Limited, through a mix of primary and secondary acquisition. Saregama India Limited will acquire upto 92.61% of the share capital of Pocket Aces (on a fully diluted basis), through multiple tranches.<\/p>\n

The core transaction team consisted of Ashraya Rao (Partner), Unnita Bhattacharya (Principal Associate), Utsav Mitra (Associate), and Priyal Reddy (Associate) with assistance from Bhavya Bhankharia (Principal Associate) and Alankrita Singh (Associate).
