Articles, opinions, case comments, and short remarks on matters related to \u201c<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">International Corporate and Commercial Law<\/span>\u201d are welcome.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Theme<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>Arbitration<\/li>\n<li>Banking Law<\/li>\n<li>Capital Market and Securities Law<\/li>\n<li>Company Law<\/li>\n<li>Contract Law<\/li>\n<li>Insolvency Law<\/li>\n<li>Intellectual Property Rights<\/li>\n<li>Mergers &amp; Acquisitions<\/li>\n<li>Taxation Law<\/li>\n<li>Trade Law<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Any other field related to Commercial Law.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Eligibility<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The CICCL Blog, MNLU Aurangabad invites blogs from students, practitioners, researchers, academicians, policymakers and other stakeholders in the legal field.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Submission Guidelines<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>The submission must be an original work of the author, between 1300-1500 words.<\/li>\n<li>The content must be written in Times New Roman in font size 12 with a line spacing of 1.5.<\/li>\n<li>Submissions must be made solely in .doc\/.docx format.<\/li>\n<li>The title of the blog should be under 140 characters.<\/li>\n<li>Co-authorship is allowed for up to two authors.<\/li>\n<li>All relevant sources must be duly acknowledged. Citations can be incorporated in the text by adding footnotes [4th OSCOLA or SILC] or by linking to the authoritative internet source.<\/li>\n<li>The maximum limit of plagiarism will be 15%. Submissions exceeding this will not be considered.<\/li>\n<li>Authors may be asked to make edits based on the suggestions of the Editorial Board.<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The authors shall receive an acknowledgement of the receipt of the article by the Editorial Board.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">How to Submit?<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">All submissions for the CICCL Blog must be made via the Google form linked at the end of this post.
