{"id":301761,"date":"2023-09-18T14:00:20","date_gmt":"2023-09-18T08:30:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/blog\/?p=301761"},"modified":"2023-09-18T12:08:36","modified_gmt":"2023-09-18T06:38:36","slug":"national-workshop-on-drafting-and-pleading","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/blog\/post\/2023\/09\/18\/national-workshop-on-drafting-and-pleading\/","title":{"rendered":"NLIU Bhopal | National Workshop on Drafting and Pleading [30th September &#8211; 1st October, 2023]"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;\">\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Civil and Criminal Justice Cell (CCJC), National Law Institute University, Bhopal is organizing the first ever \u201cNational workshop on Drafting and Pleading\u201d on 30th September &amp; 1st October, 2023.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The workshop aims to introduce legal drafting and its key concepts, along with a focus on details to be covered while drafting of pleadings.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">About the Workshop:<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The workshop would be conducted under the guidance of eminent legal luminary Dr. Aman Hingorani, Advocate on Record, Supreme Court of India. Dr. Aman Hingorani practices as a lawyer and mediator in the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court. He has been empanelled with the Supreme Court Legal Aid Services.
