Civil and Criminal Justice Cell (CCJC), National Law Institute University, Bhopal is organizing the first ever \u201cNational workshop on Drafting and Pleading\u201d on 30th September & 1st October, 2023.<\/p>\n

The workshop aims to introduce legal drafting and its key concepts, along with a focus on details to be covered while drafting of pleadings.<\/p>\n

About the Workshop:<\/p>\n

The workshop would be conducted under the guidance of eminent legal luminary Dr. Aman Hingorani, Advocate on Record, Supreme Court of India. Dr. Aman Hingorani practices as a lawyer and mediator in the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court. He has been empanelled with the Supreme Court Legal Aid Services. He is trained in arbitration and has been appointed as an arbitrator by the Delhi High Court and acts as an arbitrator for P.H.D Chambers of Commerce and Industry.<\/p>\n

The workshop is a two-day workshop which would be divided in 6 sessions of drafting and pleading, which would emphasize on the fundamentals of drafting a legal document with precision and clarity.<\/p>\n

The fees for the workshop (inclusive of accommodation) is INR 2000\/-<\/p>\n

Accommodation:<\/p>\n

The accommodation for the participants will be provided by the organizing university.<\/p>\n
