E-JAIRIPA: E- Journal of Academic Innovations and Research in Intellectual Property Assets<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">E-JAIRIPA<\/span> is a half yearly journal (online) on the current issues related to <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Copyright, Patents, Trade Marks, Geographical Indications, Plant Varieties and Farmer\u2019s Rights, Bio Diversity, Lay out design and integrated circuits, Industrial Design, Traditional Knowledge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">3. IP BULLETIN: Intellectual Property Bulletin<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">IP Bulletin<\/span> a half yearly magazine(Online) on the Application of Intellectual Property Rights (<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Copyright, Patents, Trade Marks, Geographical Indications, Plant Varieties and Farmer\u2019s Rights, Bio Diversity, Lay out design and integrated circuits, Industrial Design, Traditional Knowledge,)<\/span> It carries news columns, case reports, essay writings and research in the domain of Intellectual Property Rights.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>The journal accepts submissions in the following categories:\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>Articles: 3,000-6,000 words, excluding footnotes<\/li>\n<li>Notes and Comments: 2,000-3,000 words<\/li>\n<li>Book Reviews: 2,000-4,000 words<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Submissions must necessarily contain an ABSTRACT of not more than 350 words and 5 (five) keywords.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Main text:<\/span> Times New Roman, font size 12, 1.5 spacing, justified alignment, with a margin of one inch on all sides<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Footnotes:<\/span> Times New Roman, font size 10. Substantive foot notes are accepted. Speaking footnotes should be avoided.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Citation style:<\/span> ILI citation style.<\/li>\n<li>The manuscript shall be original and unpublished<\/li>\n<li>Permissible plagiarism limit is <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">15%<\/span>.<\/li>\n<li>Submissions must be in MS Word (.doc or docx.) format only.
