The center has been established as an initiative appraising the ubiquity and dynamics of cyberspace. Recognizing the compelling need of technologically neutral and uniform legal structure dealing with cyberspace and Information Technology, it is a requirement to attain knowledge of cyber law as an indispensable necessity. AI and IPR<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>Do amendments need to be introduced to patent examination guidelines for AI-generated and AI-assisted inventions.<\/li>\n<li>Ownership of the Copyrights and their relation with moral rights.<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Inventorship and Ownership of applications in AI.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Submission Guidelines:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Academicians, Professionals, Research Scholars and Students may register for the conference.<\/li>\n<li>Only the registered participants shall be allowed to present their papers at the Conference subject to submission of complete papers within stipulated time.<\/li>\n<li>The abstract of not more than 300 words typed in Times New Roman, Font Size 12, line-spacing 1.5 with keywords must be submitted in .docx file<\/li>\n<li>The paper must be of 3000 to 4000 words exclusive of footnotes typed in Times New Roman, Font Size 12, line spacing 1.5. on A4 size paper with margin of 1 Inch on all sides in .docx file. Details such as name of the author(s), designation, title of the article, abstract, name of the affiliating institution, contact details are to be included.<\/li>\n<li>Bluebook 20th Edition must be referred for citations. Footnotes must be in Times New Roman, 10 Font size with single spacing.<\/li>\n<li>Co-authorship is allowed up to two authors.<\/li>\n<li>The paper must be the original work of the author(s) and must not be previously published or presented elsewhere.
