The university is dedicated to developing and advancing legal education and imparting specialised and systematic instruction, training and research in the systems of law.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">ABOUT CENTRE FOR RESEARCH IN INTERNATIONAL AND COMPARATIVE LAWS (CICL)<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The Centre for International and Comparative Law is an initiative of Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad, devoted to the study of comparative and transnational laws and legal systems. It embraces analytical, theoretical, empirical and socio-legal attempts surrounding the public and private law aspects of various legal systems.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The Centre is aimed at encouraging comparative legal studies in the transnational context of legal history, theory, philosophy, legal cultures and traditions, by tracking the developments in the field across the world.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">ABOUT COMPARATIVE LAW NEWSLETTER (CLN)<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Devoted to the study of comparative and international laws and legal systems, the Comparative Law e-Newsletter (CLN) is an open-access, peer-reviewed and refereed newsletter published bi-annually, with four Issues already released. It aims to encourage comparative legal studies in the transnational context of legal history, theory, philosophy, legal cultures, and traditions, by tracking the developments in the field across the world. The newsletter seeks works that are dynamic and interdisciplinary in nature with a specific display of comprehensive knowledge on the subject matter.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">They have already released four issues of the Comparative Law e-Newsletter covering the areas of Public Health Framework: Law and Society, Gender Inclusive Framework, Environmental Development and Labour and Modern Slavery: Framework on Social Security Laws through a comparative perspective<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">THEME<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">As the world of finance and technology continues to rapidly evolve, the legal landscape faces new challenges and opportunities, making this an opportune time to delve into the dynamic relationship between FinTech and the legal industry. The issue aims to gather insights and foster discussions on the various aspects of the intersection between FinTech and Law.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Hence, we have brought forth the theme: &#8220;<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Exploring the Intersection of FinTech &amp; Law<\/span>&#8221; for our upcoming Issue (Vol. II, Issue II).<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">We invite researchers, academicians, practitioners, and experts from both the financial technology and legal domains to contribute their scholarly work to this important discourse.<\/p>\n<p
