Kaul and Sudhanshu Dhulia, JJ. rejected the said plea reprimanding the lawyer who brought the matter as a petitioner before the Court saying that <i>&#8220;What&#8217;s this? Why should we entertain this against some stand-up comedy show? Come with something better&#8230; Dismissed. Not a matter for Article 32.&#8221;<\/i><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Regarding &#8216;humiliation of the lawyers&#8217;, the Court told the petitioner <i>&#8220;Let other lawyers take care of themselves. You don&#8217;t have to defend the entire community. You take care of yourself.&#8221;<\/i><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The said petition was filed by Advocate Farhat Warsi alleging that stand-up comedian Anubhav Singh Bassi defamed the judiciary, lawyers and whole legal profession in his recent show &#8220;Bas Kar Bassi&#8221; available on various OTT platforms.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The show is based on a young legal professional who recently graduated from the National Law University, portraying the struggles of newbies in the legal profession, with fun elements.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:
