The Supreme Court Collegium comprising of Chief Justice of India, Dr. D.Y. Chandrachud, Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul and Justice Sanjiv Khanna passed a Resolution dated 12-07-20231<\/sup><\/a>, whereby which they recommended the names of several Judges who are currently serving their High Courts as Additional Judges to be appointed as Permanent Judges.<\/p>\n

The Resolution was passed vis-à-vis the High Courts of Bombay, Calcutta, Chhattisgarh, Gauhati and Kerala.<\/p>\n
