Chandrachud, Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul and Justice Sanjiv Khanna passed a Resolution dated 12-07-2023<a id=\"fnref1\" href=\"#fn1\" title=\"1. Collegium Resolutions | SUPREME COURT OF INDIA (sci.gov.in)\"><sup>1<\/sup><\/a>, whereby which they recommended the names of several Judges who are currently serving their High Courts as Additional Judges to be appointed as Permanent Judges.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The Resolution was passed vis-&agrave;-vis the High Courts of Bombay, Calcutta, Chhattisgarh, Gauhati and Kerala.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The name of the recommended names who are <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">to be appointed as Permanent Judges<\/span> in their respective High Courts are as follows-<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Bombay High Court<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt;\">(i) Justice Anil Laxman Pansare,<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 36pt;
