A total of nine lawyers have been elevated to Partners from Associate Partners by Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan.<\/p>\n

Ankur Sharma<\/span> is a Partner at Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan, specializing in International Trade and WTO laws. With expertise in customs procedures, trade litigation, and WTO agreements, he represents clients before quasi-judicial authorities and in trade remedy investigations conducted by the investigating authorities of multiple countries.<\/p>\n

Anurag Kapur<\/span> is a Partner at Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan. GRNS Jagannadh<\/span> is a partner at Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan of Indirect Tax; He has been handling Consulting and litigation matters in indirect taxation and assisting clients in drafting opinions, replies, appeals, writs, etc. He has been actively involved in various Indirect Tax Compliance Reviews and handled GST Impact & Implementation Studies.<\/p>\n

Jyoti Pal<\/span> has been a partner with the Indirect Tax team, with a specialization in Customs Law, Goods & Service Tax, and Foreign Trade Policy. She represents and advises various automotive, consumer electronics, FMCG companies, airlines, and others on diverse aspects of Customs Law, Foreign Trade Policy, Import & Export Control, Legal Metrology, BIS, and Special Economic Zone related issues. Pulkit Doger<\/span> handles patent and trademark matters in the firm.
