The Court further directed the senior Additional Government Advocate to take instructions regarding setting up of the Transgender Protection Cell.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The Court also took note of the submission presented by the petitioners that the procedure laid out in the Assam State Policy for Transgender Persons is satisfactory and once the Board becomes functional, many issues being faced by the Transgender Persons will be addressed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The matter has been listed on 08-08-2023.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">[<span style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #632423;\">All Assam Transgender Association v.
