The ‘2nd<\/span> IFIM National Moot Court Competition, 2023.<\/span>’ is being organized by the IFIM NMCC Organizing Committee<\/span>, scheduled to be held from July 21st<\/span> to 23rd<\/span>, 2023. on the theme of Constitutional Law<\/span>.<\/p>\n

We hope you are doing well.<\/p>\n

After the massive success of IFIM NMCC-2022<\/span>, the IFIM School of Law’s Moot Court Committee<\/span> is proud to present the next edition of its moot. It is our immense pleasure and honour to invite you to our ‘2nd<\/span> IFIM National Moot Court Competition, 2023.’<\/span> The competition will take place on the 21st and 23rd of July, offline<\/span> at the IFIM School of Law, Bengaluru!<\/span><\/p>\n

The competition aims to provide a platform for law students to showcase their skills, exchange ideas, and learn from experienced professionals. It is an opportunity for students to test their knowledge, apply their legal skills, and compete with their peers from other institutions. The Moot Problem is drafted by Mr. Gautam Bhatia<\/span>, who is a D.Phil. (Law) Candidate at the University of Oxford<\/span>.<\/p>\n

About IFIM Law School:<\/p>\n

IFIM Law School<\/span> is affiliated with Karnataka State Law University and is approved by the Bar Council of India. The main aim of this competition is to provide the maximum standard of interaction with industry experts as well as other stalwarts of the legal fraternity in addition to witnessing and participating in a series of Moot Court rounds with the best of the others from India.<\/p>\n

Mooting<\/span> is an integral part of the curriculum at IFIM Law School. The institution provides a platform for students to hone their advocacy skills, critical thinking, and research skills through the simulation of court proceedings. IFIM’s MCC aims to provide students with practical experience in simulated court proceedings, which enables them to develop their skills in research, drafting, and oral advocacy.<\/p>\n

This year’s competition by IFIM’s Moot Court Committee<\/span> is around Constitutional Law<\/span>. <\/p>\n

Eligibility:<\/p>\n

Students pursuing their full-time 3-year LLB (or) 5-year LLB program<\/span> from a University or Institute recognized by the Bar Council of India, are eligible to apply.<\/span><\/p>\n
