On 12-6-2023, the Ministry of Defence issued a notification permitting females for enrolment in the Indian Air Force as Agniveervayu (Combatant)<\/b> and Agniveervayu (Non-Combatant)<\/b>.<\/p>\n

The Government further said that these females, on completion of the roles assigned, will be eligible for selection as Airmen and Non-Combatant (Enrolled) respectively in such streams or trades as per the requirement, qualification and other Terms and Conditions of service.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
