On 5-6-2023, the Delhi High Court issued a notification revising the Entitlement and Remuneration of the Law Researchers under the Scheme for engagement of Law Researchers in the Delhi High Court. The provisions will be deemed to have come into effect on 5-4-2023.<\/p>\n

Key Points:<\/b><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Entitlement for the Services of Law Researchers:<\/b>Earlier, the Chief Justice and each Judge of Delhi High Court were entitled to have the services of 3 Law Researchers (\u2018LRs\u2019). Now, the number of LRs has been raised to 4<\/b>.<\/li>\n
  2. Remuneration:<\/b>\n

    Earlier, the LR were paid a fixed monthly honorarium of Rs. 65,000.
