The Division Bench of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/blog\/post\/2023\/03\/02\/justice-n-kotiswar-singh-sworn-in-as-chief-justice-of-jammu-kashmir-ladakh-high-court\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">N. Kotiswar Singh, CJ.<\/a>, and Moksha Khajuria Kazmi, J., noted that the High Court had passed several orders from 2018 to 2020 on myriad issues concerning transgenders like- reservation in jobs, issues related to education, free medical treatment and enabling inclusive environment for transgender persons in the Union Territory of J&amp;K.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The Bench pointed out that despite an array of directions issued in the matter and Union Territory authorities making submissions vis-&#224;-vis compliance; however, the same has not been placed on record before the Court.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Therefore, the Court, in its order dated 22-05-2023, directed the respondents to submit the updated status report as regards compliance of the various directions issued by the Court as referred to above, without fail. The petitioners were also directed to submit the suggestions as to the steps which may be required to be taken so that the same can be considered by the Court while issuing directions to the authorities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The matter has now been listed on 19-07-2023.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">[<span style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #632423;\">Aijaz Ahmad Bund v.
