Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. is pleased to announce the appointment of Arun C Mohan as an ‘Of Counsel’ in the Firm’s Dispute Resolution practice in Chennai.<\/p>\n

Arun has over 15 years of experience in commercial litigation, including arbitration, intellectual property, and insolvency law. A graduate from the London School of Economics, he has extensive experience as an arguing counsel experience in a variety of matters, including infrastructure arbitrations, complex patent litigation, banking disputes, and shareholder disputes spanning multiple jurisdictions.<\/p>\n

He also has sizeable experience with film and media cases and is a domain expert on social media issues. He has been a regular practitioner in the Madras High Court and appears in various other forums including the Supreme Court, National Company Law Tribunal, National Green Tribunal, and Competition Commission.<\/p>\n
