The revised export policy of Cough Syrup under ITS (HS) Codes falling under the Heading 3004 will come into effect on 1-6-2023.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\"><b>Existing Export Policy:<\/b> Free<\/p>\n<p>The <b>Revised Export Policy:<\/b> Cough Syrups can only be exported after the export sample has been tested and <b>Certificate of Analysis<\/b> has been issued by any of the laboratory of Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh mentioned in the list below:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p>CDL, Kolkata, West Bengal<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>CDTL, Chennai, Tamil Nadu<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>CDTL, Mumbai, Maharashtra<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>CDTL, Hyderabad, Telangana<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>RDTL, Chandigarh<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>RDTL, Guwahati, Assam<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Any National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories accredited State Drugs Testing Laboratory<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On 22-5-2023, the Directorate General of Foreign Trade tightens the Export Policy of Cough Syrup.
