Rohit regularly represents clients before the Honorable Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, Income Tax Appellate Tribunals, and other income tax authorities\/forums. He also advises Indian and multinational groups on complex tax issues and compliances.<\/p>\n

He has been featured in many reported judgments in leading tax journals\/portals like Taxsutra, ITR, CTR, Taxman, ITD etc. He has over 16 years of experience in handling tax litigation matters and has written several articles and research papers. He has been a regular contributor to business magazines and newspapers on various income tax issues. He was also appointed as one of the eminent writers in the “Panel of Eminent Writers” constituted by Taxman.<\/p>\n

Rohit is a law graduate with professional qualifications of a Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and Company Secretary (ICSI).<\/p>\n
