Jupiter Life Line Hospitals Limited | Initial Public Offering<\/p>\n

Khaitan & Co acted as legal counsel to Jupiter Life Line Hospitals Limited (the Issuer) as to Indian law in relation to the initial offering of equity shares by the Issuer Company, in compliance with requirements of Rule 144A of the US Securities Act. The offering includes a primary as well as secondary component. Fresh Issue size – up to Rs. 6,150 million; Offer for sale – up to 4,450,000 equity shares (amount cannot be ascertained at this stage).<\/p>\n

Book Running Lead Managers- ICICI Securities Limited; Edelweiss Financial Services Limited; and JM Financial Limited.<\/p>\n
