Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advised Raymond Consumer Care Limited on the transfer of it's FMCG business undertaking (which includes well-known trademarks such as Park Avenue, K.S., Kamasutra and Premium) to Godrej Consumer Products Limited, on a slump sale basis. The date of signing the deal was 27 April 2023 and the deal was valued at INR 2,825 crores.<\/p>\n
