The Government of West Bengal banned<\/span> the screening of Hindi feature film “The Kerala Story” <\/span>on 8-5-2023 with immediate effect in the State on account that public exhibition of the film can cause breach of peace, hatred and violence. Considering Sections 6(1)<\/a> and 4<\/a> Proviso of the West Bengal Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1954<\/a>, the Government prohibited the exhibition of the Film to maintain peace and law and order.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
