Pardiwala, JJ., disposed of the proceedings after taking into account the FIR filed by the Delhi Police against Bhushan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Several wrestlers including Bajrang Punia, Vinesh Phogat, Sakshi Malik had staged a protest at Jantar Mantar against the three-time WFI President and BJP MP from Kaiserganj- Brij Bhushan for sexually assaulting a minor girl. Thereafter, the women wrestlers had filed a petition before the Court seeking strict action against Brij Bhushan, claiming that they were unsafe and sought security for the minor girl, who was allegedly harassed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The Court in its earlier order had directed the Commissioner of Police, Delhi to assess the threat and provide adequate security for the minor girl.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The Court, while hearing the petition on 04-05-2023, noted that FIRs were registered by Delhi Police on 28-04-2023, against Brij Bhushan and that adequate security was provided to the seven complainants. The Court also expressed their concern about the proper investigation of the case.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The case was disposed of by the Court saying that the purpose of the petition has been served as the FIR was registered and security was provided to the complainants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The Court also said that the petitioners were at liberty to approach the Magistrate or the Delhi High Court for any further grievances.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 18pt; margin-bottom: 3%;\">[<span style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #632423;\">XYZ v.
