About the Organizers:<\/p>\n

We at the Centre for Corporate Law Studies (CCLS) have always strived for imparting inspiration through our ventures. Consequently, we propose to organize a conclave on several programs on Corporate Laws. It is an initiative aimed to bolster the corporate drive of the students inclined towards Corporate Laws. The activities in the conclave are planned in accordance with the interests of students and the allotment of a distinct Expert for each topic. To align the sessions with ongoing semester, this series will focus largely in the area of Capital Markets, Securities Law, Corporate Restructuring and Private Equity.<\/p>\n

What is Samanvaya?<\/i><\/p>\n

Samanvaya<\/i> aims to serve as a forum for stakeholders in the corporate law and finance sector to come together, learn from each other, and work towards building a more resilient and dynamic industry. With an aim to provide the participants a chance to directly learn from the experts through practical scenarios rather than theoretical knowledge. Being in touch with the best practices in the industry will also help the participants understand the industrial trend and market practice that they would be equipped to know.<\/p>\n
