Advised KfW IPEX-Bank GmbH in relation to overseas financial assistance of EUR 100 million extended to JSW Steel (Netherlands) B.V., a subsidiary of JSW Steel Limited. The facility was backed by a corporate guarantee furnished by JSW Steel Limited under the overseas investment route.<\/p>\n
