Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised Aequs Private Limited (“Aequs”)<\/span>, a Belagavi-based contract manufacturing company, in relation to its Rs. 225 crore fund-raise from Amicus Capital. The SAM & Co team assisted Aequs on all the legal and regulatory aspects of the transaction, including structuring of the deal, undertaking due diligence as well as drafting, negotiating and finalizing the transaction documents.<\/p>\n
