Deutsche Bank AG | External Commercial Borrowing to IIFL Finance Limited<\/p>\n

Khaitan & Co acted as the domestic legal counsel to Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore Branch and Export Development Canada in relation to a syndicated secured term loan facility aggregating USD 150 million (which includes a green shoe option of USD 50 million) under the external commercial borrowing route provided to IIFL Finance Limited. The facility was was structured under the aegis of Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore Branch in its capacity as sole arranger.<\/p>\n
