Khaitan & Co acted as domestic legal advisors to Muthoot Finance Limited, for tender offer in relation to its USD 550 million fixed rate senior secured notes due 2023, for an aggregate principal amount up to USD 225 million, issued under the Global Medium Term Note Programme. Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore Branch acted as the Sole Dealer Manager and the D.F. King Ltd. Acted as the Tender and Information Agent.<\/p>\n
