ABOUT AURO UNIVERSITY<\/p>\n

ABOUT SCHOOL OF LAW<\/p>\n

School of Law, established in the year 2012, offers a curriculum designed to impart contemporary legal knowledge, acts, legal procedures, discussions of contemporary technology-enabled systems, processes and procedures in the course of teaching Indian laws as well as international laws. The focus is on developing a critical and usable understanding of the laws of India and international laws extending to related domain areas such as business, international trade and relations.<\/p>\n

The teaching-learning process blends knowledge and skills in such a way that the student can apply them in the real world with a focus on promoting and delivering multi-disciplinary inquiry and practical appreciation of problems. The pedagogy offers an optimal integration of classroom lectures, Moot Courts, Cases, Case Studies, Judgment Review & Analysis, Projects and Assignments.<\/p>\n

Each course is monitored by a module leader who facilitates academic delivery by professional\/s and\/or academician\/s having proven competencies and experience in a range of domain areas under law and allied areas. The module leader provides a teaching plan well in advance: the plan includes course outline, teaching plan, reference materials, cases, etc. A module handbook consists of various case studies, lecture notes, research papers, judgments and judicial reviews of various courts, reports, and allied content is also provided to each student.<\/p>\n

ABOUT THE CONFERENCE<\/p>\n

We live in a world where Change is the only constant. Everything around us is rapidly changing, and this is also true in the realm of Law. The shifting nature of caste, race, and gender, debates the environmental issues brought on by climate change, the ongoing technological advancements that necessitate rapid advancement in regulatory architecture, and the shifting nature of global trade scenarios all present a rich tapestry of themes that call for in-depth research and engagement.<\/p>\n

The aim of the conference is to bring together the Researchers\/ Academicians\/ Policy makers\/ Research Scholars\/ Foreign Delegates\/ Indian & Foreign Students, undertaking research within the broad theme of contemporary issues in law to provide a supportive and collaborative environment for the exchange of ideas.<\/p>\n

The conference is intended to provide chances and a forum for young academics to discourse and improve their research ideas, as well as to foster research partnerships and professional networks. Participants are also encouraged to submit abstracts that do not necessarily fit neatly into the theme of the conference. The organisers will create sessions that cover a wide variety of academic interests.<\/p>\n

Scholars registered in non-law disciplines but working on primarily legal issues from an interdisciplinary perspective are also invited to participate.<\/p>\n

    CALL FOR PAPERS<\/p>\n

    Research papers\/articles in English are invited from academicians, professionals, practitioners, researchers, students of law, social science and environmental science, and other stakeholders on the emerging issues and related areas on the broader topics given above.<\/p>\n

    The selected papers based on quality shall be published in the form of a Conference Proceedings by Taylor & Francis and submitted to SCOPUS for Indexing.<\/i><\/p>\n

    There will be additional publication charges for the selected articles which will be intimated in due course.<\/p>\n
