Ltd. (&#8220;<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">BTS1<\/span>&#8221;), a Singapore based pooled vehicle and Viacom 18 Media Private Limited (&#8220;<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Viacom 18&#8221;<\/span>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">By way of the transaction, QIA proposes to invest in BTS1, which is proposing to raise capital from various investors for its investment in Viacom 18.
