Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised YES Bank in granting financial assistance by way of a rupee term loan facility to Altamount Road Property Private Limited. The assistance was availed for the construction of an industrial and logistical park in two phases. The deal was valued approximately at USD 264.46 million and the expected date of closing the deal was 23 January 2023.<\/p>\n
