SKV Law Offices (SKV) is a full-service Law Firm based out of New Delhi and one of the leading names in the infrastructure and energy regulatory dispute practice in its 10 years of operation. SKV practice areas includes a key focus on General Dispute Resolution and Environment. SKV has extensively represented and advised various high net individuals, companies, independent power producers and business houses in key commercial disputes and transactions. The firm currently has a strength of 26 lawyers and is looking forward to build and expand its practice.<\/p>\n

Ashutosh is a graduate of National Law University Odisha. Ashutosh specializes in handling sector specific commercial litigation and his primary focus area is regulatory proceedings before statutory authorities, tribunals and courts, commercial litigation, and Constitutional & Administrative law litigation with focus on energy sector. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court, High Courts, Appellate Tribunal for Electricity, State electricity Regulatory Commissions for private generating companies (conventional and renewable), trading licensees and distribution licensees.<\/p>\n

Suhael Buttan is a graduate from Symbiosis Law School, Noida. He primarily specialises in Energy and Infrastructure contractual disputes, especially pertaining to Renewable Energy. He also handles Commercial, Arbitration, IBC and General Litigation matters at SKV. In addition to representing corporate entities before various Courts, Tribunals and commissions pan India, Suhael also advises clients on diverse issues pertaining to Civil laws, Electricity Laws, Contractual Disputes and other commercial matters.<\/p>\n
