Khaitan & Co has advised Eris Lifesciences Limited on its acquisition of a part of the dermatology portfolio of Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Limited for a total consideration of INR 275 crores. The acquisition helps augment and expand the dermatology business of Eris Lifesciences in India. The team assisted in drafting, reviewing, negotiating and finalising the transaction documents for the acquisition.<\/p>\n
