Located on the &#8216;tapobhoomi&#8217; of Maharishi Markandeshwar beside the river bed of the sacred Markanda with magnificent building and world class infrastructural facilities, the Maharishi Markandeshwar (Deemed to be University) is the first self-financing University established under aegis of Maharishi Markandeshwar University Trust to integrate education and research.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">ABOUT DEPARTMENT OF LAW, MM(DU), MULLANA<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The Department of Law established in 2008 with the approval of the Bar Council of India (BCI) is currently engaged in quality teaching of B.A.LL.B. \/ B.B.A.LL.B. (H) \/ <a href=\"http:\/\/b.com\">B.COM<\/a>. LL.B. (H) five yrs. integrated courses, LL.M. (One Year) and Ph.D. through adequately qualified and dedicated faculty. The Department focuses on mentoring the students in their journey towards success by sharpening their minds, widening their horizons of knowledge, and understanding and developing in them a sense of commitment as well as responsibility.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">ABOUT THE COMPETITION<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">We are writing this message with profound pleasure, to apprise you that after much deliberation, the Student Moot Court Society, Department of Law, Maharishi Markandeshwar (Deemed to be University), Mullana-Ambala is all set to organise its flagship event, National Moot Court Competition &#8211; 6th Edition, 2023 in physical mode from 20th to 22nd March, 2023 on theme &#8211; &#8220;Criminal Law&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">We are looking forward to an enthusiastic and wholehearted participation from your Institution and cordially invite the law students of three year course and five year integrated course to participate in the competition.
