The college offers B.A. LLB (H), <a href=\"http:\/\/b.ba\/\">B.BA<\/a>. LLB (H), B.A.(JMC) and BBA courses. Our vision at DME is &#8220;to create an inspirational setting where global standards of learning, ethical professional practices and academic and scholarly deliberations are practiced towards attaining individual growth.&#8221; Since its inception, the college has attained numerous laurels to its credit and has successfully attained a distinguished stature. For two consecutive years it has bagged &#8216;A &#8211; Grade&#8217; Certificate from the G.G.S.I.P.U.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">About the Event<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">CCI- DME National Moot Court Competition 2023<\/span> is aimed towards ensuring that the students are made aware of the importance of Competition Law. Keeping the above in mind, the Moot Proposition has been made with a problem based upon Competition Law, since it is an emerging field and needs to be explored more by the members of the legal fraternity, especially the law students at the primary stage.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Eligibility:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p>Only regular students enrolled in a five-year integrated undergraduate law programme or three-year graduate law programme are eligible to register for the competition.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Each team shall comprise of maximum of 3 members consisting of 2 speakers and 1 researcher only.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Registration Details<\/span>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">(a)<\/span> The Pre-Registration for CCI- DME National Moot Court Competition-2023 begin from 11th February, 2023. Teams are required to complete their Pre-Registration by or before 15th March, 2023, 11:59 PM IST.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">(b)<\/span> The Pre-Registration can be done either by filling up the soft copy of the Application Form provided in the following link <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/utvQMGQ4tdDYhKP39\"><span style=\"color: #548dd4;\">https:\/\/forms.gle\/utvQMGQ4tdDYhKP39<\/span><\/a> or by filling the hard copy of the application form attached at the end of the brochure, (whichever is feasible) to the participating team.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">(c)<\/span> Once the Pre-Registration form is filled and Approval Letter from the Faculty Coordinator is received, the teams shall receive the confirmation of their provisional Registration from the DME Law School Moot Court Society.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 36pt; text-indent: -18pt; margin-bottom: 3%;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">(d)<\/span> Once the teams receive their provisional confirmation, they will be required to make the payment of <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Rupees Thirty- Five Hundred Only (Rs. 3500\/-)<\/span> by or before <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">31st March, 2023<\/span> towards their final registration.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Dates<\/span>: 28th-29th April, 2023 (Fri-Sat)<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Mode<\/span>: Offline<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Venue<\/span>: Delhi Metropolitan Education, B-12, Block B, Industrial Area, Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201309<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Commencement of Pre-Registration<\/span>: 11th February, 2023<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Last Date of Pre- Registration<\/span>: 15th March, 2023<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Last Date of Final-Registration and Payment of Registration Fee<\/span>: 31st March, 2023<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Awards and Accolades:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p>The Winning Team shall be awarded a Trophy and a cash prize of 50,000\/- INR and 1 year subscription for all 3 members of SCC ONLINE.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The Runners-up Team shall be awarded a Trophy and a cash prize of 40,000\/- INR and 1 year subscription for all 3 members of EBC ONLINE.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The Best Speaker (Male and Female) shall be awarded a Trophy and a cash prize of 5,000\/- INR each.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The Best Memorial from both the teams shall be awarded a Trophy and cash prize of 5,000\/- INR each.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The Best Researcher (Male and Female) shall be awarded a Trophy and a cash prize of 5,000\/- INR each.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Memento to all the Semi Finalists.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">The official brochure of the event can be found attached in the drive link<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/drive\/folders\/1ze_oF5wsMUmkgi6cxJIisOSncFl7Zq2k\">https:\/\/drive.google.com\/drive\/folders\/1ze_oF5wsMUmkgi6cxJIisOSncFl7Zq2k<\/a><\/span>.
