NLIU is known for its impeccable administration of legal competitions across various law schools.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">About the NLIU- Justice R.K. Tankha Memorial International Arbitration Moot<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The NLIU-MCA is pleased to announce the <span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;\">eighth edition<\/span> of the <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">NLIU-Justice R.K. Tankha Memorial International Arbitration Moot<\/span>, to be held <span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;\">physically<\/span> from <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">14<span style=\"vertical-align: super;\">th<\/span> to 16<span style=\"vertical-align: super;\">th<\/span> April, 2023<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The Moot has the distinction of being one of the most sought-after moots in India. In the past years, the Moot has attracted participation from premier national and international universities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">The Moot and its partners<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">This Moot is our flagship event, organized annually in partnership with the <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Office of Senior Advocate and Member of Parliament \u2013 Mr. Vivek Tankha<\/span> in the memory of late <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Hon\u2019ble Mr. Justice R.K. Tankha<\/span>. The <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC)<\/span> is the official institutional partner for the moot and <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Allen &amp; Gledhill LLP<\/span> is the International Law Firm Partner.
