The rules came into effect on 13-1-2023.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Key Points:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\">\n<li>\n<p class=\"List&nbsp;Paragraph\" style=\"margin-left: 0.0mm;\">5 cameras will be ordinally installed inside the Court Room.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"List&nbsp;Paragraph\" style=\"margin-left: 0.0mm;\">The Judge will be having a remote-control device to pause or stop the live streaming at any point.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"List&nbsp;Paragraph\" style=\"margin-left: 0.0mm;\">Apart from the following, all proceedings will be live streamed by the Court:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p class=\"List&nbsp;Paragraph\" style=\"margin-left: 0.0mm;\">Matrimonial, child adoption and child custody cases<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"List&nbsp;Paragraph\" style=\"margin-left: 0.0mm;\">Sexual offences cases<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"List&nbsp;Paragraph\" style=\"margin-left: 0.0mm;\">Gender based violence against women cases<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"List&nbsp;Paragraph\" style=\"margin-left: 0.0mm;\">POCSO and Juvenile cases<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"List&nbsp;Paragraph\" style=\"margin-left: 0.0mm;\">Matters related to termination of pregnancy<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"List&nbsp;Paragraph\" style=\"margin-left: 0.0mm;\">Matters that the bench considers will be antithetical to publish<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"List&nbsp;Paragraph\" style=\"margin-left: 0.0mm;\">Matters that the bench considers can be provoke enmity amongst community<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"List&nbsp;Paragraph\" style=\"margin-left: 0.0mm;\">Parties can object to the live streaming at the time of institution of the case or any time later.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"List&nbsp;Paragraph\" style=\"margin-left: 0.0mm;\">In the cases where the proceedings are not live streamed, the recording will be maintained for the usage of the Court and the Appellate Court.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"List&nbsp;Paragraph\" style=\"margin-left: 0.0mm;\">While the live streaming, the personal details of the parties will be masked either by muting or deleting that portion of the clip.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"List&nbsp;Paragraph\" style=\"margin-left: 0.0mm;\">The recording will be posted on the respective Court&#39;s website within 3 days of the conclusion of the proceedings.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"List&nbsp;Paragraph\" style=\"margin-left: 0.0mm;\"> <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Disclaimers, Prohibitions and Restrictions: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p class=\"List&nbsp;Paragraph\" style=\"margin-left: 0.0mm;\">Only authorized persons\/ entity can record\/ share\/ disseminate live streamed proceedings or archival data.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"List&nbsp;Paragraph\" style=\"margin-left: 0.0mm;\">Any person who is not authorized and share the data through print\/ electronic media\/ social media\/ messaging applications will be prosecuted under <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scconline.com\/DocumentLink.aspx?q=JTXT-0002747171\">Copyright Act, 1957<\/a>, Information Technology Act, 2020 etc. and for Contempt of Court.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"List&nbsp;Paragraph\" style=\"margin-left: 0.0mm;\">Transcripts will be prepared only
