They shall come into force with effect from 23-01-<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">2023<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Key points:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"page28R_mcid11\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">A new Rule 8A has been inserted providing for Signing of forms.<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"> The Rule provides that<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">e-forms wherever applicable shall be signed by Insolvency resolution <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">professional or resolution professional or liquidator of companies under insolvency or liquidation, <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">as the case may be, and filed with the Registrar along with the fee as mentioned in Table annexed <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">these rules.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"page28R_mcid13\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Form GNL-2, Form GNL-3 and Form GNL-4 has been substituted. <\/span><br
