The provisions will come into effect from 23-1-2023.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Key Points:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\">\n<li>\n<p class=\"List&nbsp;Paragraph\" style=\"margin-left: 0.0mm;\">Sub- rule 3 (2) providesthe manner in which a company is required to attach and provide documents and information to the Registrar along with Form No. URC 1. In the same context, in sub-rules (a), (b), (c) and (d), wherever &#8220;the written consent or No Objection Certificate from all the secured creditors of the applicant&#8221; is mentioned, &#8220;No Objection Certificate from secured creditor along-with charge holder, if applicable&#8221; has been substituted.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\"><span style=\"font-weight:
