Submissions can be in the form of articles, opinions, case comments and short notes on topics revolving around \u201cCorporate and Commercial Laws\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>For the convenience of the authors, they include inter alia:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Banking and Finance Laws<\/li>\n<li>Commercial Arbitration<\/li>\n<li>Company Law<\/li>\n<li>Competition\/Antitrust Laws<\/li>\n<li>Insolvency and Bankruptcy<\/li>\n<li>Mergers and Acquisitions<\/li>\n<li>Securities and Capital Markets<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Tax Laws<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Further, we encourage authors to choose present-day topics of contention within the above listed themes.<\/p>\n<p><b>Eligibility<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The CCL Blog invites original submissions from students, practitioners, researchers, academicians, policymakers and other stakeholders in the field of law and business.<\/p>\n<p><b>Submission Guidelines<\/b> :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p class=\"List\u00a0Paragraph\" style=\"line-height: 1.149999976158142; margin-left: 0.0mm;\">Submissions must be made in .doc\/.docx format only.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"List\u00a0Paragraph\" style=\"line-height: 1.149999976158142; margin-left: 0.0mm;\">Co-authorship is permitted for up to 2 authors.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>Citations should be included by hyperlinking the authoritative internet source to the<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>body of the text.
