is based on The Competition Act, 2002<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Mode:<\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Offline<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Venue:<\/span>&nbsp;Symbiosis Law School, Nagpur<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Date:<\/span>&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">31\/03\/2023 to 02\/04\/2023<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Eligibility:&nbsp;<\/span>Students duly enrolled and pursuing 3-years or 5-years undergraduate law course from any University recognized by the Bar Council of India may apply to participate in the competition.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Each institution seeking to participate may send a maximum of one (1) team to represent that institution.<\/p>\n<p><b>Team Formation<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">A team may consist of three (3) members.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Such a team shall include two (2) mooters and one (1) researcher<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Registration<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Students pursuing undergraduate law degree (3 year\/5 year program) from institutions all over the country are welcome to submit their registrations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The Registration Form is attached as Annexure- I in the Rules for the Symbiosis Law School, Nagpur, National Moot Court Competition
