ABOUT BENNETT UNIVERSITY<\/b><\/p>\n

Bennett University has been established by the ‘Times Group’, India’s largest media conglomerate through Act No. 24 of 2016 passed by the Government of Uttar Pradesh. V Bennett National Moot Court Competition 2023<\/b><\/p>\n

The theme of the competition is Criminal Law and Technology.<\/p>\n

Bennett University’s School of Law has carved a niche in organizing moots on the burgeoning areas of law and technology. This year’s problem is based on how criminal law and technology are interrelated and has raised issues in regards to the same.<\/p>\n

The School of Law, Bennett University is conducting its Fifth National Moot Court Competition from February 10 to 12, 2023. The university will be hosting over 40 teams from all across the country to participate in the competition. The Moot Court Competition aims to dwell upon this infamous relationship between Law and Technology and its implication on the legal system. It will give the students an insight into how criminal law and technology can work together and add to the legal system.<\/p>\n
