These standards are incorporated into national and international legal systems, which establish processes and procedures for holding duty bearers responsible and providing reparation to claimed victims of human rights breaches.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Deepening poverty, growing inequality, institutional and persistent discrimination, and other inadequacies in human rights protection have all added to the worldwide COVID-19 catastrophe. Just measures to close these holes and progress and development in basic liberties can guarantee full recuperation of the world, that is better and stronger, just and maintainable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The aim of this seminar is to call for papers and bring broadly and globally acclaimed academicians students, human rights activists, and other intellectuals on one stage to talk about the different issues concerning human rights, and to examine the actions to control such problems.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Eligibility:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Quality and Original research papers are invited from undergraduate\/postgraduate students, Ph.D. Scholars and Academicians \/ Professionals, and any eminent person in the field of Human Rights and Duties.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Theme:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Human Rights in Digital Age<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: italic;\">Sub-Themes(Illustrative)<\/span>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Making Digital Technology work for Human Rights<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Human Rights Treaites and Foregin Surveillance<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Safeguarding Democracy and Human Rights in Digital Age<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Child Trafficking and Sexual Abuse: A Challenge to Human Rights in Modern Times<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Registration and Submission Procedure:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>The registration fees is as follows<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>\n<p>Single Authored Paper- Rs. 300<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Co-Authored Paper- Rs. 500<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Students can submit their papers by filling the Google Form by clicking on the given link:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/tinyurl.com\/submissionpaper\">https:\/\/tinyurl.com\/submissionpaper<\/a><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Please maintain due diligence while filling in the details. The credentials of the participants will be checked for successful submission and any mistake in the same can result in disqualification from the competition.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Formatting Criteria:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Abstract: Font- Times New Roman, Font Size- 12, Line Spacing- 1.5, and Alignment- Justified.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Main Body: Font- Times New Roman, Font Size- 12, Line Spacing- 1.5, Alignment- Justified, and Margins- 2.54 cm (on all sides).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Footnotes: Font- Times New Roman, Font Size- 10, Line Spacing- Single, and Alignment- Justified.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The citation must conform to the Bluebook 20th Edition.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Submission Guidelines:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>The Paper must be in English language and the submission shall be in MS Word format (Docs) only.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Co-authorship is allowed however is subject to a maximum of two authors. Submission of the co-authored article is to be done once only by either of the authors.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>An abstract should contain 300 &#8211;350 words accompanied by a name of the author\/(s), along with four to six keywords.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The word limit of the paper should be 5000-10000 words, excluding footnotes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The submission should be original, unpublished, and not under review with any similar platform. The submissions should not be plagiarised. If found than the submission shall be rejected. The organisers are very specific about plagiarism as it defeats the spirit of the seminar and participants are advised to take care of the same.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">The paper presentation can be done through PPT.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Rewards:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">All the participants will be
