Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (IALS) announces Online Diploma in Housing Laws (an autonomous Diploma Course of the Indian Law Society).<\/p>\n

About the Course:<\/span><\/p>\n

The Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, an allied institution of the Indian Law Society, initiated this unique course – Diploma in Housing Laws in the year 1995. It is there on the legal landscape without any challenges until now.<\/p>\n

Online Mode:<\/span><\/p>\n

All these years this course was being conducted face to face with the resource persons. In year 2020-21, due to challenges of COVID-19 pandemic, Institute decided to conduct the same course online through G-Meet for the benefit of the participants. For benefit of students residing outside Pune, the Institute has decided to continue to conduct the course online.<\/p>\n

The course on Housing laws is very exhaustive and the purpose of training is to provide information about the laws related to Immovable property, Housing and Real Estate, in India. During the training, the participants are exposed to different laws and provisions related to land and building.<\/p>\n

The course also entails a separate discussion with experts on RERA.<\/p>\n

The course is designed to train the professionals, like the Architects, Civil Engineers, Promoters and Builders and Lawyers engaged in Real Estate, formation of housing societies and construction. The DHL Course has received overwhelming response since the beginning from students of Law, practicing advocates, Civil engineers and Architects.<\/p>\n

Pedagogics:<\/span><\/p>\n

This course will be taught online. It is designed to be taught in an interactive environment and will use technology (if the resource persons provide) to ensure participative lectures, group discussions, simulations, presentations, and audio-visual tools.<\/p>\n

The participative nature will also be followed in the evaluation of students via lecture analysis, objective tests.<\/p>\n

Classes will be held four days in a week, in the evening between 6.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. – which is suitable for the working professionals.<\/p>\n

The faculty for the course comprises of highly eminent lawyers from the Pune Bar and senior professors and industry experts to ensure that the participants learn from the best!<\/p>\n
