NLIU is recognized by the University Grants Commission and the Bar Council of India. National Law Institute University&#8217;s important rock pillar- Centre for Labour Laws (CLL) was established in 2019. Although born in one of the most uncertain times mankind has ever seen; i.e., Covid-19 Pandemic, CLL is destined to grow as a bearer of light and empathy. The Centre is one of its kind and serves as an embodiment of labour rights for the brick bearers of the nation- our labourers &amp; workmen. One of the aims of the Centre is to provide a platform for research on policy, institutional, legal and regulatory issues and act as a platform for exchanging ideas amongst Govt. Authorities, Lawyers, Policymakers, Regulators and Academia.<\/p>\n<p><b>About the Course<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 18pt; margin-bottom: 3%;\">With the blessings of Patron Prof. (Dr.) V. Vijayakumar, Hon&#8217;ble Vice Chancellor, NLIU Bhopal; Prof. (Dr.) Uday Pratap Singh, Respected Registrar, NLIU Bhopal and after the initial success of Certificate Courses on Labour Laws and Certificate Course on Insurance Laws launched during the month of June 2021, CLL is delighted to announce the launch of a one-month long Certificate Course on Labour Laws, Thus, to promote research and develop professional expertise in the field of Labour Laws, a Certificate Course in the aforementioned subject has been launched by CLL.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 18pt; margin-bottom: 3%;\">This Certificate Course aims to develop the skills, which are required to deal with the legal and practical aspects related to the Labour Law regime in India.<\/p>\n<p><b>Registration Details<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 18pt;\">Fee for Labour Law Certificate Course: &#8377; 2000\/-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 18pt;\">The payment link for the same is attached at the end of this post.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 18pt;\">The deadline to register for the same is 27 November 2022, 11:59 PM IST.
