On 10.10.2022, the Labor Department of Administration of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu has issued a circular directing all the Industrial and other Establishments i.e. Hotels, Shops etc., Labor Contractors to pay bonus to all the eligible employees in accordance with the provision of the Payment of Bonus Act, 1965 taking into consideration the productivity of the employee so that congenial industrial environment could be created leading to overall economic development of the region.<\/p>\n
