The amendment inserts a proviso in the Regulation 5 sub clause 10 dealing with &#8216;Date Marking&#8217; providing that for the products <span id=\"page7R_mcid24\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"> with shelf life of more than three months, the \u201cDD\/MM\/YY\u201d format<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">may also be used<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Amendment provides that if caffeine is added in products, the quantity of the added caffeine shall also be declared in the list of ingredients provided in the packaging of the respective product.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It also provides that the size of numeral or letter required for all declarations under these
