We are therefore immensely proud to host the 3rd Edition of the National Mediation Competition from 29th September, 2022 to 1st October 2022.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 18pt; margin-bottom: 3%;\">Please Access the Brochure through this Link- <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1Hzn9XiZqX5J9te8PfxQzfGpCi_pBd8fv\/view?usp=drivesdk\">https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1Hzn9XiZqX5J9te8PfxQzfGpCi_pBd8fv\/view?usp=drivesdk<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Eligibility<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 18pt; margin-bottom: 3%;\">The Competition is open for students pursuing three\/five-year LL.B degree Courses from a recognised Law College\/University in India, subject to the fulfilment of the registration formalities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Mode of Competition<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 18pt;\">Offline<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Team Composition<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p class=\"Default\" style=\"line-height: normal; margin-top: 0.0mm;\"><span style=\"color: #313131;\">Team shall comprise of only two (2) members. One shall be mediator and one shall act as a client.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"Default\" style=\"line-height: normal; margin-top: 0.0mm;\"><span style=\"color: #313131;\">Each Law Institute\/ University shall be eligible to send TWO TEAMS.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"Default\" style=\"line-height: normal; margin-top: 0.0mm;\"><span style=\"color: #313131;\">Team should not disclose the identity of their Institution\/University in course of proceedings in the mediation rooms; such disclosure shall invite penalties including disqualification.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"Default\" style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 3%;\"><span style=\"color: #313131;\">Each Team shall be provided with a separate team code at the time when its registration will be confirmed by organising committee.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Registration fee<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 18pt; margin-bottom: 3%;\">The registration fee shall be Rs. 1800\/- for each team. The registration fee shall be non-refundable and non-transferable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 18pt;\">* University will provide breakfast, lunch and high tea from 29th September to 1st October
