The instant petition was filed seeking a direction to Respondent 2-National Testing Agency to reschedule his Common University Entrance Test [CUET (UG) 2022] examination from 23-08-2022 to any other subsequent date on the ground of conflict in dates of the said two examinations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 18pt; margin-bottom: 3%;\">Counsel for NTA informed the Court, that a public notice dated 22-08-2022 was issued by the NTA to accommodate students who are similarly placed as the Petitioner. The notice states<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 18pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">NTA has now received requests from candidates to re-schedule their examinations scheduled on 23-08-2022, in view of other examinations like CBSE compartment exam beginning from 23-08-2022. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 18pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">In view of the above, it has been decided to consider such requests favorably. NTA has also created an exclusive grievance redressal e-mail for this purpose. The grievances of candidates regarding re-scheduling of their tests in view of CBSE Compartment exam should be sent to <a href=\"mailto:cuetug-dateclash@nta.ac.in\">cuetug-dateclash@nta.ac.in<\/a>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 18pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Candidates must mention their Application Number in their email while sending their grievances. Digitally Signed <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 18pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">The fresh dates will be communicated to the affected candidates through their Admit Cards and Public Notice.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 18pt; margin-bottom: 3%;\">The Court thus clarified that as Petitioner has already raised his grievance with the NTA, he shall be entitled to benefit under the public notice dated 22-08-2022.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 18pt; margin-bottom: 3;\">[<span style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #632423;\">Aashish Gupta v.
