investment arbitration and litigation matters.<\/p>\n<p><b>The panel will discuss and share insights on:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>The dos and don&#8217;ts of, and best practices to be adopted when, cross-examining fact witnesses and expert witnesses \u2014 both such witnesses offering different types of evidence and therefore requiring different style (and preparation) of cross-examination;<\/li>\n<li>How witnesses might prepare for and conduct themselves in hearings; and<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 3%;\">Their own experiences when subject to
