class=\"markedContent\"> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Central Governm<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1R_mcid64\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">ent has <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1R_mcid65\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">notified submission of following<\/span><\/span> documents by the employees to the employer: <span id=\"page1R_mcid67\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page1R_mcid68\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"page1R_mcid68\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page1R_mcid69\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">COVID-19 positive report of the employee or family member, or medical report if <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">clinically determined to be COVID-19 positive through investigations, in a hospital or <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">an in-patient facility by a treating physician of a person so admitted;<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1R_mcid70\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"page1R_mcid70\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">all necessary documents of medical diagnosis or treatment of the employee or his family <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">member for COVID-19 or illness related to COVID-19 suffered within six months from <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">the date of being determined as COVID-19 positive; and<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1R_mcid71\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"page1R_mcid71\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">a certification in respect of all expenditure incurred on the treatment of COVID-19 or <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">illness related to COVID-19 of the employee or of any member of his family.<\/span><\/span><span id=\"page1R_mcid72\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"page1R_mcid72\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">This notification shall be deemed to have come into force from the 1st day of April, 2020 and shall <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">apply in relation to the assessment year 2020-2021 and subsequent assessment years<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\"
